- Secondary Purpose
Additionally, Canal MTCH will use your Personal Data for statistical purposes. In the event that the Personnel or Third Parties terminate their legal relationships with the Company, the Company will retain their information for possible subsequent contacts if it considers it necessary.

Regarding Sensitive Personal Data, subject to the provisions of the Law, Canal MTCH may, with prior express consent of the Personnel or Third Party in question, reveal, disclose and/or transfer within the territory of the United Mexican States, as well as in abroad the Sensitive Personal Data provided or collected, in favor of its affiliated, subsidiary and/or related companies, as well as to comply with the legal provisions that require it, or, when requested by national or foreign authorities, exclusively for the purposes indicated in Section III of this Privacy Notice.
In the event that Canal MTCH requires to transfer your Personal Data or Sensitive Personal Data to any other third party that is not related to the purposes of this Privacy Notice, we will request your express written consent.
- Options to limit or revoke the use or disclosure of Personal Data
Canal MTCH has appointed a person in charge of your Personal Data and Sensitive Personal Data (the “Personal Data Manager”), so you may limit the use or disclosure or revoke the consent that, where applicable, you have given us for the processing of your Personal Data, through a written request addressed to the Personal Data Controller, delivering it to his address located at Av. If you revoke the consent that you have granted for the processing of your Personal Data, it is important that you keep in mind that not in all cases Canal MTCH will be able to conclude the use immediately, since it is possible that due to some legal obligation they will be required to continue processing your Personal Data. - ARCO Rights

- Storage period of Personal Data and Sensitive Personal Data
